Strengths shape who you are and are a powerful tool to understand how you engage with others.
Start your journey by knowing your CliftonStrengths. Once you know your strengths, learn more about those values and tendencies. Whether in the classroom, in student organizations, or with your peers at UT, we believe in you, and this tool can be instrumental in reaching your success.
Students at UT participate in multiple experiences to discover, leverage, and utilize their strengths. Beginning in orientation, you will take the CliftonStrengths assessment, an online assessment that measures your talents and ranks them in a unique order.
“Each person’s greatest room for growth is in the areas of his or her greatest strengths.”
