- Read over your report and highlight/underline the statements that resonate with you
- Define what your top strengths mean to you
- Display your top 5 in your workspace
- Add your top 5 to your email signature and/or website profile
- Attend a CliftonStrengths workshop
- Request an individualized coaching session
- Review your team’s top 5 grid
- Ask each person to define what their top strengths mean to them.
- Complete the The Best of Us activity (PDF), which helps team members identify working commitments that allow everyone to bring their best self to work.

- Have each team member find a .gif or image that describes them and how their top strengths show up.
- Request a CliftonStrengths for Teams facilitation
- When creating groups, mix up students based on their strengths so there are different strengths represented in the group.
